This legislation prohibits the restoration of gun rights to someone convicted of a forcible felony which involves the use or threat of violence or physical force against the victim, such as murder, burglary, robbery, home invasion, kidnapping, carjacking, stalking, child molestation, sexual battery, arson, terroristic threats, etc. |
